Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment must be completed before dispatch unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered.

Shipping

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at sal@fragrancesouk.co.uk.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@fragrancesouk.co.uk.
