Orders & delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1–2 working days of payment. UK delivery then usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery can take a little longer during holidays, promotions and busy periods.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. UK delivery is free on orders over £75. For smaller orders, standard delivery is £4.99. Express delivery is also available for £6.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you tracking information where available so you can follow it to your door.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
First check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If there’s still no sign of it, email info@fragrancesouk.co.uk with your order number and we’ll look into it.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Email info@fragrancesouk.co.uk straight away with your order number and the correct address. Please check your address carefully before ordering, as we can’t be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a fragrance if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of fragrance, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@fragrancesouk.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work towards the right resolution. You can read our full refund policy for details.

Are your perfumes original?
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is 100% original – never copies or imitations.
Which fragrance houses do you stock?
We stock perfumes from leading Middle Eastern houses, including Reef, Osma, French Avenue, Lattafa, Afnan, Armaf, Rasasi, Al Haramein, Ahmed Al Maghrebi and Yusuf Bhai. See all our houses.
Are your fragrances for men or women?
Many of the Arabian fragrances we stock are unisex and can be worn by anyone. Each product page describes the scent so you can choose what suits you.
Can you help me choose a fragrance?
Of course. Tell us the scents you already love, or who you’re buying for, using our contact form and we’ll suggest a few to try. Our fragrance guides are a good place to start too.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Businesses and retailers can request wholesale prices using our wholesale enquiry form, and we’ll get back to you directly.
