Refund & Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and seal intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved within the 5-day period, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return within 5 days will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product (if eligible within 5 days), and once the return is accepted, place a new order.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
